Green Cotton Kota Doria Saree, Placed Floral | Bikhraav

Placed peachy-orange florals sit across a cool green, semi-sheer Kota Doria cotton.

Why this piece

•
Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.

•
Warm on cool — peachy-orange florals lift a fresh green ground without weighing it down.

•
Desk-to-meeting — cool and composed through a full working day.

The pattern

Floral motifs in peachy-orange, with green, are placed across the green body and finished with a straight edge that carries a subtle tonal shift. The warm florals keep the cool green from reading flat.

The fabric

Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks you can see against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it cool for summer and office days.

Is this green Kota Doria all cotton?
Yes — cotton in the open khat (square-check) weave, which is what keeps this green piece light, semi-sheer and breathable.

What colour is it, really?
A cool, fresh green ground with peachy-orange floral motifs placed across it — the warm florals keep the green from reading flat.

How sheer is it, and how should I pair it?
It is semi-sheer. Wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse; a green or skin-tone petticoat keeps the ground even.

Does it come with a blouse piece, and how do I wash it?
Yes, an unstitched blouse piece is included. It is hand-dyed, so handwash gently in cold water and dry in shade; with gentle care the green holds.
