Olive green florals run over a deep blue ground, edged with printed chevron borders.

The print is stamped by hand in Bhagalpur with hand-carved wooden blocks, so the olive and blue sit slightly differently along each length. Where a motif rides a little into the border, or the register shifts by a hair, that is the block and the artisan's hand at work, not a flaw. The top and dupatta carry the pattern all over; the bottom stays quiet, with a leafy strip along its base to finish a stitched hem cleanly.

Katan silk gives the set its soft sheen and easy fall, light enough to wear through an office day and rich enough for an evening out. And because two strong colours share the cloth, the colour-fastness matters: the blue stays where it is printed and the olive stays clear, from the first wash onward.

1. Will the blue bleed onto the olive green when I wash it?
No. The fabric is colour-fast and does not bleed on the first wash. Dry clean it the first time, then wash gently in cold water and the two shades stay separate and clear.

2. What comes in the set?
