White Cotton Kota Doria Saree, White-on-White Floral | Gulbadan

Tone-on-tone florals sit across a sheer white Kota Doria cotton, with a bright-pink accent.

Why this piece

•
Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.

•
White-on-white — tone-on-tone florals keep it subtle, with a scalloped, multi-layered band for detail and a bright-pink accent lifting it.

•
An easy neutral — an airy white that pairs with blouses you already own.

The pattern

White florals sit tone-on-tone across the sheer white body, finished with a scalloped, multi-layered band; a bright-pink accent keeps the white from reading cold.

The fabric

Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks you can see against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it cool for summer and office days.

Is this Kota Doria all cotton?
Yes — cotton in the open khat (square-check) weave. That open weave is what keeps this white piece light, semi-sheer and breathable.

What is the bright pink?
A bright-pink contrast runs against the white — the saree is white with tone-on-tone florals and a scalloped band, lifted by that pink note.

How sheer is it, and how should I pair it?
It is semi-sheer, as cotton Kota Doria is. Wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse; a white or skin-tone petticoat keeps the ground even.

Does it come with a blouse piece, and how do I wash it?
Yes, an unstitched blouse piece is included. Handwash gently in cold water and dry in shade; the embroidery holds best with gentle care.
